Having been to a few evenings myself and having a daughter who is a budding artist, I was excited to see that kids sessions were being offered for the summer holidays. Being one of the youngest, I wasn’t sure how my daughter would get on but she had a great morning and is very proud of the painting she has created. The teacher went at a good pace and her instructions and modelling was clear for the children to follow. My only criticism is in relation to the parents who decided to stand on the room and talk loudly as they made it difficult to hear at times but this was obviously no fault of the artist or organisers. I really hope that sessions like these are offered in other school holidays as my daughter would love to go back and do more!

My daughter had never had an experience like this before, the set up was very impressive, it was clear that it didn’t matter where anyone was sat, they could all see.
The instruction was extremely good and the instructor was excellent, she made sure to walk around to see how everyone was getting on and if any help was needed.
It was amazing what was achieved in the 90 minute class.

One piece of feedback tho, if there are parents in the back just watching I would request the teacher ask them to keep talking to a minimum. There were two very loud mums in our session and was difficult to hear instructions at times

I have now completed the dragonfly, bumblebee & the flamingo. I have attended on my own to my 1st & 3rd event & have been made to feel welcome. I forgot I was there alone I had so much fun. I haven't done art since school & definitely not at GCSE level. So I thought I would be rubbish. I can see my talent getting better with each painting & what surprised me was my first one wasn't rubbish because they guided you throughout every stage of the process.
